You can create an account and try simulated drops in the app. Email us to connect a real store; paid plans are not open yet.

What counts as a repeat purchase?

A second purchase from the same address and apartment in one drop. A new drop starts fresh.

Do I need a developer?

Yes. Your store’s server needs to send checkout information and apply the result before payment.

Will this stop every bot?

No. Detection is a risk check, not a guarantee. Your store should offer a review path for shoppers flagged by mistake.

Does Fair Drop handle my shoppers’ payments?

No. Your store keeps its own payment processor. Fair Drop charges retailers for its software service.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel future renewals anytime by emailing support. The first monthly subscription fee has a seven-day refund window; usage charges remain payable. Read the policy.
