Privacy Notice.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This notice explains how BODE GAME STUDIOS LLC handles information for Fair Drop’s website, accounts, tests and support. Contact shopfairdrop@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Information we use
- Account: your name, email, password hash if you use a password, sign-in provider ID, verification status and the time and version of your signup agreement.
- Business: store and contact details, billing address, selected plan, workspace settings and API-key records.
- Security: sessions, IP addresses, browser information, sign-in events and enabled verification methods. We do not ask for your Google password.
- Support: messages and files you choose to send. Avoid including passwords, API keys or full payment details.
- Billing: subscription and payment-status references. When paid billing is available, Stripe handles card entry; Fair Drop does not store full card numbers.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we request basic sign-in information: your Google account identifier, name, email and email-verification status. We use it to create or access your Fair Drop account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar through this sign-in. Google also handles information under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use information to run your account, provide the service, deliver account emails, reply to support, manage billing, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use account information for advertising profiles.
Who helps provide the service
Our providers include Render for the app and database, OpenAI Sites for the public website, Cloudflare for domain delivery and security, Resend for account emails, Google for support email and optional sign-in, and Stripe for billing when enabled. Authorized staff and service providers access information as needed for their work. Data may be processed outside your country.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not send shopper records to an AI model to make detection decisions.
Cookies and tests
The app uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect sign-in requests and remember trusted devices when you choose that feature. Providers may use necessary security cookies. Our site does not add advertising trackers. Test shoppers are generated data, not real customer identities.
Retailer shopper data
For an approved integration, the retailer may send protected household or payment identifiers and available account, purchase, browser, device and connection signals. These identifiers can still be personal data. The retailer must explain its checks, collect information lawfully and provide a review route. Approved processing, retention and deletion requirements must be agreed before live shopper data is sent.
If your purchase was paused, contact the shop first. It controls the purchase decision and can identify the relevant request.
Keeping and protecting information
We use access controls, encrypted connections and other safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account information while needed to provide and secure the service, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to legal, billing and dispute requirements. Backup copies expire on their retention schedule. Detailed live-shopper retention must be set in the retailer agreement.
Your choices
You can update supported details in Settings and choose available security methods. Email shopfairdrop@gmail.com to request access, correction, account closure or deletion. We will verify your identity, explain any required retention and respond within the period required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy or complain to a data-protection authority.
Children and updates
Fair Drop accounts are intended for adults acting for shops and businesses. Do not create an account for a child. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted. We will update this notice as our service changes and provide notice or seek consent where required.
